Oge Hair and Beauty Studio is committed to providing quality hair and beauty services. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before making a booking or purchasing a service through our website.

1. Appointment Deposits

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure an appointment.

Appointments are only confirmed once the required deposit has been received.

Deposits are not refundable if you cancel your appointment or fail to attend your appointment, subject to the cancellation terms below.

2. Cancellations

Cancellations should be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows will result in the loss of the deposit.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or change your appointment.

3. Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment.

Any rescheduling or transfer of a deposit will be handled in accordance with our current booking policy.

4. Hair and Beauty Services

Due to the nature of our services, payments for services that have already been completed are generally non-refundable.

If you believe a service was not provided as agreed or there is an issue with the service, please contact us promptly so that we can review the matter and determine an appropriate resolution.

5. Wig Revamp and Repair Services

Wig revamp, repair, reconstruction, closure replacement, frontal replacement, washing, styling, and treatment services are assessed based on the condition of the wig or hair provided.

Prices may vary depending on the condition and density of the wig. Additional charges may apply to severely damaged wigs.

We are not responsible for damage to wigs that were already compromised before the service.

6. Hair Provided by the Customer

Customers are responsible for ensuring that any hair, wigs, extensions, closures, or frontals provided for a service are suitable for the requested service.

Hair is not included with closure or frontal replacement services unless otherwise stated.

7. Incorrect or Unsatisfactory Service

If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us as soon as possible with details of the issue. We may ask for photographs or other information to help us assess the matter.

Where appropriate, we may offer a correction or another suitable resolution.

8. No Refunds for Change of Mind

Refunds will not normally be provided where a customer simply changes their mind after a service has been completed or where the service was carried out as booked.
